This recently renovated top-floor villa offers privacy, stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, and breathtaking Cayman sunsets. The living room, dining room, and guest bedroom were updated with beautiful new furniture in 2023. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals. If you prefer to dine in, there is plenty of room to enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats six people. The master bedroom offers a king bed outfitted with luxurious bedding, and the en suite bath features a backlit spa mirror, open shelving, floating vanity, beautiful glass tile, and high-end fixtures. The guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and a full bed. The guest bath features a backlit spa mirror, open shelving, a floating vanity, beautiful glass tile, and high-end fixtures. The guest bath is accessible via the guest bedroom and the hall. The living room and both bedrooms have satellite television. In the living room, you will find an LG 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and both bedrooms offer smart televisions. If you want to dine at Al Fresco, the woven wicker dining table for six on the third-floor lanai is ready and waiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Here, you will also find two lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying a sunset cocktail or reading a book in the ocean breeze. Should you need to do laundry, the condo has a new LG Laundry Center, and to help reduce the use of plastic, we provide unscented Clearalif laundry detergent sheets and Mrs. Meyers Clean Day dryer sheets. Additional amenities include a Keurig Coffee Brewer, Mr. Coffee Brewer, free Wi-Fi in the condo and on the beach, free local calls, free calls to the US and Canada, daily housekeeping (excluding Sunday and public holidays), oceanfront pool, hot tub, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, dive equipment wash station, beach towels which can be exchanged as needed for freshly laundered beach towels, and possibly the most important amenity is the friendly, helpful, and courteous Discovery Point Club staff. We purchased our vacation home because we fell in love with Grand Cayman and its people. We invite you to make yourself at home in our little slice of paradise.   We wanted a low-key vacation as a family that included a beach and snorkeling opportunities. We could not have asked for a better place. The unit we rented had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very clean, well maintained and perfect space for a couple with two adolescent children. We had a great view of the sea with a lovely private beach. We swam and snorkeled every day right in front of the complex. All the staff, management, grounds and cleaning staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. They arranged for a car rental and it was delivered to the complex the next morning. It was a quieter part of 7 mile beach, so if you're looking to party every night this is not the spot for you.

  We had very high expectations for our vacation...and this place exceeded them all. We loved DPC19! The unit is fully updated and was perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. The beach is spectacular and the snorkeling is even better. West Bay is close enough to all the things you'd want to do in George Town without all the busyness. I can't recommend DPC19 strongly enough. We'll be back for sure.

  We had the best vacation! This condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The separate bedroom for our kids made all the difference in everyone getting a good night sleep. When we stay at hotels with all of us in the same room it's really tough to put the little one to bed first. The beach was just steps outside the door and we took full advantage. The kitchen helped us save money on eating out. The snorkeling right on the beach was fantastic and we really had no reason to go many other place to snorkel. We all miss it already and are hoping to go back soon.
