Ground floor, end unit with stainless steel appliances and marble countertop. 2 Bedrooms, with king size platform bed, and two twin size beds that can be made into a king size bed. HD flat screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Dinning seats 4, 2 showers.

  This was our 4th stay at condo 23. Never had any complaints before but this time is different. I completely understand there were issues with the surge brought in from Ian i.e. beach not groomed to Discovery Points standards. The main problem we had was the amount of construction going all day long. When we arrived there, they had scaffolding along the exterior wall of 23 and were working. Another condo was having the tile busted up for literally three days (if not more)...and this is not a quiet task. All day long roto-hammer and banging and breaking tile. I understand this needs to be completed...the problem I have is the lack of communication and transparency. Perhaps we came at the low season where projects are done? Well then this should be communicated up front and it should be reflected in the per night charge. I was told we would be getting some money back but I have not heard anything. Our AC also went out twice but the responses were quick and efficient so this was nice. But the noise...I am usually a super tolerant person but it was ridiculous. All day long for at least three days and ruined the beach experience. This should have been communicated better upfront and we would have rescheduled. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful so please don't misinterpret my complaint. But you really should figure out a better way to coordinate projects like this. Wish I could have provide a better review here but the construction noise pretty much ruined the time on the beach (you couldn't hear it in the condo to be fair).

  This was our second time staying at Discovery Point. We stayed in Unit #23 this time. It was the perfect location in the complex. We walked right out of our door onto the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The staff at Discovery Point are wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Discovery Point!!

  Unit 23 at Discovery Point Club was perfect for us. The unit looks recently remodeled and is very clean and up to date. We really liked the location of Discovery Point Club. It is on 7 mile beach but so much quieter than condos or hotels right in the thick of things. Many outstanding restaurants nearby and the management, Ollie, is fantastic. Would definitely return to Discovery Point Club and this unit in particular
