floor, Unit 37 offers the perfect blend of privacy and panoramic beauty, placing you directly
above the pristine white sands of northern Seven Mile Beach.

Designed for ultimate relaxation and effortless island living, this serene retreat offers:

 Stunning Ocean Views from your private, screened-in lanai: Experience an elevated vantage point with direct, unobstructed views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, fine sandy beach
and world-famous Grand Cayman sunsets.

 Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare gourmet meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel all-electric appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker, full-sized
oven, microwave, dishwasher, and, for those who enjoy making their own lattés and expressos
in the morning, a Nespresso and Aeroccino machine.

 Spacious Accommodations: Unit 37 comfortably sleeps four to six guests. The breezy, open-plan living area opens onto the screened-in lanai and sparkling views beyond. The dining
table/bar seats six, and the living room is furnished with two comfy sofas (one a full-size sofabed) for
easy lounging with family and friends. The Master suite has a king-sized bed, ample closets,
a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished
with two twin beds, plenty of closet space, and easy access to the second bathroom with a walk-in
shower.

 Modern Conveniences: Stay connected and comfortable with central A/C, free high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple flat-screen cable TVs, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

  We have been staying at The Discovery Point Club (DPC) for decades, so are a bit biased with our view. The condo complex is well-situated in West Bay, away from the cruise ship crowds. It's close enough to grocery/beverage stores and easy access to the 4-lane road to move from this side of the island to other points of interest.
  
  Staff at the DPC are exceptional. We have known most of the staff for many, many years. The condos are standard 2-bed, 2-bath. Views of the ocean right from our patio. You can watch the sunset, and also see the cruise ships coming/going from the island each day. Laundry available in each unit! So you can pack lighter than other vacations.
  
  We have been staying at DPC for over 30 years. It's relaxing for us and probably will be for your family too.
