Discovery Point Unit #43

Stunning top-floor ocean-front unit offers spectacular ocean views and a luxuriously appointed balcony from which to enjoy them.

Ideal for couples or families, with a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a flat-screen TV in both bedrooms and a smart TV in the living room. Cable TV and WiFi are included.

The beautifully updated kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, tea kettle, crockpot, microwave, toaster, and blender are all available for your use. The dining table comfortably seats six or seven, with room for three at the kitchen island's bar.

Thoughtfully furnished with modern conveniences, including USB ports and charging stations, a small Bluetooth speaker, filtered tap water (no need to buy bottled water), and a washer and dryer with detergent provided, an iron and ironing board, and a hand-held garment steamer. Tote bags, ice packs, and a small cooler make it easy to head out to the pool or the beach or to bag your groceries at the market. A separate "Magic Jack" VOIP phone line is available for you to make free calls to the US or Canada. Local calls are free via the "House" phone. The drying rack stowed under the king bed can be used to dry your swimsuits.

  The location is perfect for wonderful diving and dining experiences. The staff were welcoming. The condo was appointed perfectly with all the necessities. This condo has been tastefully updated with modern kitchen and baths. Sunsets on the beach with cocktails...you can’t ask for anything better! We will definitely be back!

  Discovery Point is the perfect location on SMB and unit #43 was the perfect condo! It was immaculate and so comfortable. The staff kept the property extremely clean both inside and outside. It is important to note that we did travel at the tail end of school vacation week so it was quite loud with young kids in the pool most of the time. The condo complex next to DP also had a pool with loud kids as well! The lanai's that each condo have are quite spacious and screened in which is perfect to avoid the bugs at night. Please be aware that you will hear conversations and music from your neighbors despite the lanai walls going all the way up (this wasn't too disruptive but certainly something to be aware of..full disclosure). And I think #43 has the best furniture on the lanai! The couch was so comfortable that we fell asleep one night on it!
